Olive tree is also known as the tree of righteousness and olive oil as the oil of joy and gladness. Coming to FCC is a significant step in my life journey as a Christian. Being accepted in the eyes of God for who I am, brings about the much needed reconciliation with my faith. May the oil of joy continue to burn strongly as I walk through life knowing that God is always with us, and the grace of Christ as our faithful pillar of righteousness.

The Parable of the Fig tree reminds me of Jesus’s faith and patience in us to follow Him and bear fruits. I am thankful for God’s wisdom and hands in helping us to understand, inspire and grow as God’s people.
