The Stained Glass Project is the collaborative effort of this church community to tell our stories, prayers, hopes and dreams, in a visual way. We have taken down the monumental picture windows found in historic cathedrals – that used to tell the stories of the Bible – and reinstalled our version of a stained-glass storybook on the windows of FCC’s sanctuary. We hope that our window-drawings become testimonies that extend from the stories in the Bible, resurrecting dead history into our present lives. Come and see the drawings on the windows. Let the pictures talk to you.
Note: This project remains open till 19th Dec 2021. Tiles will continue to be added to our installation in church and this gallery throughout the months. We warmly invite your participation to be an author in our stained-glass storybook. For project introduction, how-to instruction and submission details click here.
