More than a hundred of us are heading to Batam for our church retreat, and so we want to remind everyone that there we will not be having services at our premises.
For those of you who are not joining us for our retreat, we have a short recorded message that we will be broadcast on Sunday instead. We will resume our services on the 11 June 2023, kicking off our new sermon series, Wholeness in Christ
On the weekend after the retreat, we will be co-hosting an interfaith Vesak event with our friends from Rainbodhi, a lgbtq+ affirming Buddhist group, and Quasa, a lgbtq+ affirming Muslim group. This is a follow up interfaith event from the iftar we co-hosted with Quasa in April. If you’ve ever wondered what the significance of Vesak is to our Buddhist friends, come join us for a meal and time of interreligious sharing. You can sign up using the QR code in the image.
