Dear siblings,
Christmas has always been about gathering together to celebrate the birth of Christ. For many of us, that is very connected to gift giving, singing Christmas carols, and eating together. As Christmas approaches, some of you may be wondering – how will we celebrate this year, and at the same time keep everyone safe?
We have come up with a plan to do just that. We are planning to have the service at 10.30am and all of you can join in from satellite locations in small groups where we can sing carols and enjoy fellowship over lunch together after the service.
So you can:
1. Join and watch the service from home, just like a Sunday service
2. Join one of the satellite locations with other folks (up to 5 people excluding the host) and celebrate Christmas together
3. Host a watch party with your friends (up to 5 friends) and celebrate Christmas together
4. Open up your home as one of the satellites to host some guests for Christmas
This would require quite a bit of planning. If you are interested to do 2 or 4, we need your help to sign up before 13th December at http://fcc.la/attendxmas2020
We will get in touch with you with more information.
Shalom,
miak
