Dear FCC family,
This Lenten season, our sermon series is titled “TLC: Tending. Loving. Caring.” We are exploring – how we tend, love and care for ourselves, each other, and the community around us.
Pauline and i both talked about Henri Nouwen’s article “Moving From Solitude to Community to Ministry.” For us to live out our mission and our call as a church, we need to start from tending to ourselves, then tending to community before tending to the world around us.
In the past 2 sermons, we have talked about how to tend, love and care for ourselves in the previous few sermons. This Sunday i want to explore how we tend to each other.
