We have some exciting news about the beginnings of a book club initiated by Janice! When she first approached Miak and me with this idea and book choice, I was delighted because I think many in our congregation will find this very helpful and interesting. As Miak mentioned last week, we are kicking off a new sermon series called This is Worship, and we will be exploring what constitutes worship, especially the dimensions of life that we may not usually think of as “worship.”
So join us this Sunday as we delve into how rest is worship, and explore the deep significance of the Sabbath to the Jews, as well as to us today.
