Dear FCC family,
Last Saturday was Pink Dot, and it was amazing to finally be able to gather in person after two years of having Pink Dot online. Hong Lim Park was packed, and the buzz and energy as we came together to form the dot and raise our placards was electrifying. My hope is that as a society, we will grow more and more inclusive, and that policies will be put in place to reflect this growing inclusivity.
As the only progressive and inclusive church in Singapore currently, I believe we play a unique and important role. Let us continue to use our voices and lives to make a difference for the sake of future generations. We also had a special Pink Dot service on Sunday and if you missed it, you can find it on our FCC youtube channel.
At Pink Dot, we often talk about the freedom to love. But have you ever wondered what is freedom from the Christian perspective? Come join us this Sunday as we explore this in our current preaching series, Speaking Differently: Freedom.
We are also kicking off the first activity in our ACE (After Church Events) program this Sunday with the the painting of faith rocks. You can sign up at https://fcc.la/ace
See you on Sunday!
Shalom,
Pauline
