Dear friends,
With the announcement yesterday that Singapore is returning back to Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) due to the spike in community infections, we have decided to temporarily suspend onsite in-person Sunday services with effect from this Sunday, 25 July. We wanted to stay consistent with our policy of being one level more cautious than the prevailing regulations out of consideration for the safety and well-being of all our members, especially those who may be more vulnerable. We will re-open for in-person services when we move back to Phase 3. In the same vein, we will also be suspending all cell group meetings onsite as current guidelines stipulate that gatherings cannot go beyond two people.
We know that this may be disappointing to some of you who prefer to attend service and worship in person. We hope you will continue to join us online for service as we ride out this period together. If you have any concerns or feedback, please feel free to contact us at info@freecomchurch.org.
This whole situation may feel like a setback but I am reminded that it’s often in the valleys that we grow.
Growth is an important part of our spiritual lives and in our life as a church. But how do we grow and what is the growth God is really looking for?
Join us this Sunday as we explore Ecclesia and Growth.
Shalom,
Pauline
