Dear friends,
Christ is risen! He is risen indeed!
This Holy Week at FCC was a meaningful one for me, and I hope it was meaningful for you too. I was reminded that even on the cross, there was a glimmer of hope. We are not forsaken, we are not forgotten. And that hope grew and blossomed fully with Jesus’ resurrection.
As we enter into a new season, Easter is not behind us. Easter has only just begun, and resurrection is a way of living that God calls us to. This week, we begin a new preaching series: Faith Takes Root.
Come join us this Sunday as we explore what it means to be fully alive. Not just surviving, but fully present, alive and thriving as individuals and as a faith community.
Also, I would like to let you know that Miak will be away on his sabbatical for ten weeks starting this week, and he will be back with us in mid-June. Please pray for him to be refreshed, restored, and inspired as he takes time to rest and reflect.
Looking forward to seeing you this Sunday!
Shalom,
Pauline
