Dear friends,
I’m excited to share with you that not only will Tong Kwang Church in Taipei be celebrating their 30th anniversary and Xiao En’s ordination, they will also be hosting the International Queer Alliance Christian Conference (IQACC) on 1-3 May, and Amplify will be supporting this as the main regional gathering for the year instead of hosting a separate Amplify Conference this year.
I invite you to consider joining this special conference as it will be a rare opportunity for us to worship, learn, and fellowship with siblings from all around Asia Pacific, including Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, etc.
IQACC (1–3 May) will bring together churches and participants from across the Asia Pacific region and will include:
* Worship, witness, and sermons from regional churches
* Workshops in English and Chinese on faith, sexuality, healthy relationships, self-care and more
* Ministry by Taiwan-based and international speakers
* Dedicated streams for worship teams to gather and learn together
* An international combined choir in celebration of Tong Kwang Church’s 30 years
We encourage FCC members to start planning not just to attend, but to support and participate in this gathering as an expression of our shared commitment to an inclusive, connected, and missional church.
More details to come soon!
Dates: 1–3 May
