Dear friends
As I was preparing for the Bible study series that is starting on Nov 15, I was reminded to pause and ponder on the mystery of the humanity and divinity of Jesus Christ.
“To fully meet Jesus Christ, believers need both to understand the Jesus of history, the man who walked the earth, and to encounter the Christ of faith, the one who rose from the dead.” -James Martin
I pray that as we approach the Advent season, we will understand and encounter Jesus in a way that transforms us.
May we continue to encounter Christ even as we seek to follow in his footsteps.
